Throughout the process of conducting business, whether preserved in print and/or with wet signatures or recorded electronically, your personal data such as Identity Information (name, surname, gender, age), Contact Information (address, phone, email), Financial Information such as invoice details, credit card or bank information, other information arising from commercial relationships or consumer contracts, educational information, photographs, and not limited to these, including special categories of personal data (excluding the personal data concerning health and sexual life of the data subject; data such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing, association, foundation or union membership, criminal conviction and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data) within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are considered personal data.

All personal data contained in the aforementioned documents are used internally by the Company, as well as being transferred and shared with our business partners, group companies, affiliated offices, service providers and subsidiaries, business partners, and other necessary individuals, institutions, and organizations (especially manufacturers, suppliers, and shipping/cargo companies) domestically and abroad for purposes such as fulfilling obligations under commercial relationships or consumer contracts, fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the Consumer Protection Law, establishing distance sales contracts, determining areas of interest of consumers or traders, providing better service in this regard, delivering and returning products under purchase-sale contracts, evaluating and resolving all requests and complaints, providing feedback if necessary, meeting customer demands, fulfilling invoice and payment transactions, delivering products to individuals based on their physical characteristics, providing installment facilities, and not limited to these, making necessary legal notifications to Tax Offices, Courts, and other institutions, transferring information to carrier companies regarding phone or address information for product delivery and returns, establishing communication between parties via email, and for similar purposes, before, during, or after the relationship between the parties.

All of these personal data are processed within the framework of the purposes specified above, and are used only by the Company and third parties, such as our business partners, group companies, affiliated offices, service providers and subsidiaries, business partners, and other necessary individuals, institutions, and organizations (especially manufacturers, suppliers, and shipping/cargo companies), by taking all necessary measures for your data security, on behalf of our company.

Your personal data are processed in compliance with the law and principles of honesty, accurately and up to date when necessary, processed in connection with the purposes for which they were collected, within the scope of certain, clear, and legitimate purposes, and are not used outside the activities specified in this consent form.
